Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship orders to Canada and the United States. Please note that we are unable to offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us at info@vassi.ca with any questions.


Shipping Charges:

To provide you with reliable and efficient delivery service, we charge a flat shipping fee for all orders.

Canada - $15 for Expedited Shipping

USA - $25 for International Expedited Shipping


Shipping Methods and Timeframes:

We work with trusted shipping partners like UPS, Fedex and Canada Post to deliver your VASSI products safely and securely. The estimated delivery timeframes for your order will be provided at the time of checkout, taking into account the destination and shipping method selected. Please note that these timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on external factors beyond our control.

To protect your parcel from any shipping mishaps select Route Protection at checkout. Click here to file a claim.


Order Processing Time:

Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, we will begin processing your order promptly. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing before it is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


Order Tracking:

To keep you informed about the progress of your shipment, we provide order tracking for all packages. You will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery online. Simply click on the provided tracking link to stay updated on the whereabouts of your package.


Order Modifications and Cancellations:
